The girls of today, are the women of tomorrow. They will grow to be mothers, professionals, teachers and leaders. Their time in this moment will shape who they will become in the next, and it is why, as parents, we seek only the best for them. It is for this reason that this website was started. To empower parents with knowledge and truth, about a very dangerous vaccine aimed at protecting them. The Gardasil vaccine is not what it seems, and few in the pharmaceutical industry and at the levels of government are willing to admit it. Health Canada, despite being told that the Canadian supply of the vaccine may be contaminated with HPV DNA, continues to assert it's safety. Until it is tested with a more sensitive method, the truth will never be known. Until then, vaccinations will continue to be given to girls in Grade 6 and in high schools and Universities nationwide. What is worse is that the public will never be told how many girls have had severe reactions because that's how secretive our government is. This site will inform you of the facts and the fallacies surrounding this vaccine and hopefully motivate every parent to ask questions themselves. It is our duty to protect them, and to ensure they have a future that is as bright and promising as we know it should be.

Q: Gardasil was designed to prevent infection with HPV (Human Papilloma Virus) and the potential of developing cervical cancer and genital warts.
A: True
Q: Gardasil only 'protects' against 4 strains out of approximately 100 strains of HPV - hence the name "quadravalent" vaccine

Q: Many individuals experience side effects after vaccination; such as headache, fatigue, fever, soreness to the injection site, etc.
A: True. However, there are many other side effects that can be experienced, including acute onset of juvenile arthritis, seizures and death. The full list of these is available in the vaccine insert.
Q: There have been very few deaths associated with this vaccine.
A: False. There have been approximately 103 deaths in the US and at least one in Canada, that may be attributed to this vaccine. Many more deaths are reported each year, but the cause cannot be clearly associated with the administration of the Gardasil shot. The question of death rates is how many deaths are too many for the shot to be deemed unsafe.
Q: Getting vaccinated will prevent my daughter from getting cervical cancer.
A: The vaccine claims to protect against four of the nearly 100+ strains of HPV. The strains 6, 11, 16, 18 are the most widely known carcinogenic strains which Gardasil claims to protect against. There is also new evidence that shows that girls who have been vaccinated may be at GREATER risk of developing cervical cancer.
"Not only will Gardasil not cure pre-existing HPV, it can also make symptoms worse. Women who already have the virus without knowing it could suffer massive outbreaks of genital warts or abnormal precancerous lesions, both of which require extensive treatment. While Gardasil is marketed as a preventative vaccine, Merck still suggests that women who have been exposed to one or more HPV strains get the vaccine in the hope that it will protect them from the remaining strains. As well, the vaccine's protection is between 3.5 - 5 years, which means that a girl vaccinated at age nine would need to be vaccinated several times in her teen years.
Note: Third World countries have the highest incidence of HPV infections and mortalities likely because screening programs for cervical cancer and medical treatment is not available or of the same standards as in wealthy nations.
Q: It is not possible for vaccines to be contaminated with viruses or DNA because the manufacturing process is well controlled.
A: In a statement dated Oct 21, 2011, the FDA admitted that: "The presence of DNA fragments is expected in Gardasil and not evidence of contamination. Based on the scientific information available to FDA, Gardasil continues to be safe and effective, and its benefits continue to outweigh its risks." This is new information which was not revealed at the time Merck submitted it's vaccine for approval with the FDA. This ommission is a breach of the FDA's own regulations, yet the FDA claims it knew this information all along. The vaccine is essentially marketed as a recombinant vaccine, but is in actuality a DNA vaccine. DNA vaccine technology is new and not well understood and therefore more stringently regulated. If prior knowledge existed that DNA was in the vaccine, it may have been an effort to circumvent the regulations weighing down DNA vaccine production.

The rates of breast cancer deaths out of the total new cancer cases for women in 2011 is 6%, while the death rate for cervical cancer deaths out of the total new cancer cases for 2011 is 0.4%. The rate of cervical cancer by population is 2 per 100,000.
From GLOBOCAN CANCER FACT SHEET 2008 "Cervical cancer is the third most common cancer in women, and the seventh overall, with an estimated 530 000 new cases in 2008. More than 85% of the global burden occurs in developing countries, where it accounts for 13% of all female cancers. High-risk regions are Eastern and Western Africa (ASR greater then 30 per 100,000), Southern Africa (26.8 per 100,000), South-Central Asia (24.6 per 100,000), South America and Middle Africa (ASRs 23.9 and 23.0 per 100,000 respectively). Rates are lowest in Western Asia, Northern America and Australia/New Zealand (ASRs less than 6 per 100,00). Cervical cancer remains the most common cancer in women only in Eastern Africa, South-Central Asia and Melanesia.
